Freedom Area Community Theatre (FACT) was founded by Freedom High School alumni Lindsay Cummings, Andrew Beyer, Kurt Hardy, and Garrett Lenz to increase awareness of the arts and theatre in the Freedom area by creating more opportunities for community participation.

Tickets for Crossroads are now available online, by phone, and at the door. Right now, tickets are NOT available during rehearsals. Tickets are $10 each and we are running an offer of buy 2, get 1 free.
Tickets purchased online or via phone will be available at will call (please just ignore the shipping dates). Also, when you are purchasing tickets, you must select the "3rd Free Ticket" option in order to receive your free ticket.

Crossroads was written by Brian Way (1923 - 2006), a British teacher, director, and writer, is credited with originating educational theatre for children. He and Margaret Faulkes, in founding the Theatre Center in London, introduced the concept of informal theatrical performances in school, and the expansion of arts education. In his lifetime he wrote over 50 plays, including Pinocchio, The Mirrorman, and Sleeping Beauty, as well as the renowned text, Audience Participation. You can read about the production here.
Production Dates: Thursday, July 31st @ 7 PM and Friday, August 1st @ 7PM. A show on Saturday, August 2nd @ 7 PM may either replace the Thursday show or be added pending the discretion of the directing staff.
